§ 01 · A Fresh Start, Twice A Year

Spring in. Fall out. Done right.

A proper seasonal cleanup is more than raking leaves. We clear beds of winter debris in spring, cut back perennials in fall, and leave every property looking intentional rather than just "tidied up."

Offered for residential yards and commercial grounds — HOAs, offices, and retail properties get the same thorough approach, scheduled around the season.

§ 03 · Common Questions

What property owners usually ask us.

When should I schedule a spring vs. fall cleanup?
Spring cleanups happen as soon as winter debris has settled and before new growth starts, typically March. Fall cleanups are timed around peak leaf drop, typically late October through early December, so we usually schedule more than one fall visit on heavily-wooded properties.
What happens to the debris?
Everything is hauled off your property — leaves, sticks, cut-back perennial stems, and seasonal debris all leave with the crew. You never end up with a pile left behind to deal with.
Do you cut back perennials and ornamental grasses too?
Yes, fall cleanups include cutting back spent perennials and ornamental grasses so beds are ready for winter and spring’s new growth starts clean.
Can this be a one-time visit, or does it need to be recurring?
Either works — a single spring or fall cleanup, or both seasons every year as part of an ongoing maintenance plan. Most clients on a weekly maintenance program add seasonal cleanups automatically; it’s also available as a standalone service.
