Turf Care Program

Our seven-step turf program nurtures your lawn with fertilizer, weed control, soil amendments, and seasonal treatments.

What we offer
  • Fertilization
  • Weed Control
  • Soil Amendments
  • Seasonal Treatments
§ 01 · Why A Program, Not A One-Off

Healthy turf is a schedule, not an event.

A single fertilizer application does little on its own. Our seven-step program times each treatment — pre-emergent, fertilizer, weed control, soil amendments — to the actual growth cycle of cool-season turf common across Northern Virginia, so every step builds on the last.

Available for residential lawns and commercial grounds alike — HOAs, offices, and multi-family properties get the same seven-step schedule, scaled to the size of the site.

§ 03 · Common Questions

What homeowners usually ask us.

What does the seven-step program actually include?
Pre-emergent weed control, multiple rounds of fertilizer timed to your turf’s growth cycle, targeted broadleaf weed control, and soil amendments like lime where your soil test calls for it — built around cool-season grass common across Northern Virginia.
Is this safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use licensed, properly labeled products applied at label rates, and provide standard re-entry guidance after each visit (typically a few hours) the same as any professional lawn-care application.
Do I need to water or mow differently during the program?
Normal mowing continues as usual. After fertilizer or weed-control applications we’ll let you know if a specific watering window helps the product work best — most rounds need nothing extra from you.
How soon will I see results?
Color and density improvements typically show within a few weeks of a fertilizer round; weed control results vary by weed type and season, but most clients notice a visibly thicker, greener lawn within one full season on the program.
