How often will a crew visit my property?
Frequency is built around your property and the season — typically weekly during peak growing months (roughly April through October) and spaced out as growth slows. We set the schedule during your property walk, not from a generic template.
Will I have the same crew every visit?
Yes. We assign a dedicated, uniformed crew to your property rather than rotating whoever is available that day, so the people doing the work actually know your sprinkler heads, trouble spots, and what "done right" looks like for your landscape.
Is grounds maintenance available for both homes and commercial properties?
Yes — the same service, crew standard, and scheduling approach is available for single-family homes as well as HOAs, offices, retail centers, and multi-family communities, scaled to the size of the property.
What happens if it rains on my scheduled day?
We adjust the route and reschedule within the same service window rather than skipping the visit — your property manager or point of contact is notified of the change.
