Irrigation Monitoring

Routine irrigation checks, seasonal start-ups and winterization, and repairs — keeping your system running efficiently all season.

What we offer

  • Fall Winterization
§ 01 · Catch Problems Before They Cost You

A watched system is an efficient one.

A broken head or a stuck valve can waste thousands of gallons of water — or quietly kill turf and plantings — before anyone notices. Our routine irrigation checks catch coverage gaps, leaks, and equipment issues early, as part of your regular property visit.

Built for HOAs, offices, retail centers, and multi-family properties — proper spring start-up and fall winterization keep the system protected through every season change.

§ 03 · Common Questions

What property managers usually ask us.

How often are irrigation checks performed?
Routine checks are typically rolled into your regular property visit schedule, so coverage gaps, leaks, and broken heads are caught early rather than waiting for a dedicated irrigation-only visit.
What does spring start-up and fall winterization include?
Spring start-up activates the system, checks every zone, and adjusts heads for the season’s growth. Fall winterization blows out the lines and shuts the system down properly before the first freeze, protecting pipes and valves from winter damage.
Do you repair irrigation systems you didn’t originally install?
Yes, we service and repair existing commercial irrigation systems regardless of original installer — heads, valves, and lines are repaired promptly with photo documentation reported back to you.
Is this available as a standalone service or only with a maintenance contract?
It’s available both ways — as part of a broader grounds maintenance contract, or as a standalone irrigation service for properties that only need system checks, startup/winterization, and repairs.
